Back From Mexico and Ready for School to Start - I Think...

A Note From Your Publisher

By Jess Searcy July 30, 2019

Oh man. This latest trip with my Macaroni Kid sisters really got me in the feels. Usually, our trips are so jam-packed full of “itinerary” that there’s very little time to just relax and get to know each other. This time was different. The resort we were reviewing recognized that we are all hard-working mom bosses, and really what we all want is just some good, old-fashioned downtime. So, they required very little of us. We all got to do what we really wanted to do, whether that was sleep in, relax by the pool with a drink, or organize a snorkeling trip. I can’t wait to tell you all about my experience because let me tell you, I really felt like I was on vacation with friends and it was ah-MAZING. If you have never been on a girlfriends trip, I’m telling you, plan one NOW. Even if it’s an overnight trip nearby, you will be so happy you did.

I can't believe this is our last full week of Summer before school starts. I know a lot of you guys also start back next week. Are you ready? I think I am now. If you still have one more week, enjoy it!

One last thing, don't miss the article about the Online Saftey Chat we are hosting at Sky Zone next Tuesday! I hope you will come, get something to eat, learn about online safety with kids, and say hi! We will be there!
