Get ready to cheer for your local celebrities, playing for The Hoover All Stars, as they challenge The Harlem Legends to a friendly game of basketball on May 5th, 2018. There will be fun, prizes and family entertainment at this special show benefiting Spain Park High School Athletics and the Michael Douglas Youth Foundation.

The Hoover All Stars - Local celebrities like Hoover Mayor Brocato, Hoover City Schools Superintendent Dr. Kathy Murphy, Hoover Police Chief Derzis, Spain Park Athletic Director Patrick Kellogg, Berry Middle School Principle Dr. Chris Robbins, Charles Echols of Riverchase Car Wash, Hoover Fire Chief K. C. Bentley, Rocky Ridge Elementary Assistant Principal Aqila Malpass, Shades Mountain Elementary PE Teacher Paul Brown, Trace Crossings Elementary Principal Quincy Collins, Bluff Park Elementary Principal Dr. Terry Lamar, City Councilman Derrick Murphy and City Councilman John Lyda and others.
The Harlem Legends - Professional athletes, former players from the Harlem Globetrotters, NBA, NFL, past USA Olympians and others. Some of the Legends include Michael "Memphis" Douglas, Larry "Shorty" Coleman, Tyrone "Hollywood Brown, Trey Moore, Darius Smith, DJ Henley, Elbert "Tree" Gordon, Steve Mitchell, Announcer Mike Glenn and Referee Jimmy Bolden.
