New Book Invites Your Family to Build the Birthday Excitement

I have a long-running joke with my friends that I don’t tell our kids about special plans until right before they are scheduled to happen. In part, because plans could always change and then they are disappointed, but the real reason is that my kids will drive me crazy with anticipation asking how many more days until their playdate with their friend, or how many more days until that trip to the amusement park.

If this sounds familiar to you, then you won’t want to miss the new book, When’s My Birthday?

In this fun, read aloud story, the narrator excitedly and impatiently asks the questions, When’s my birthday? Where’s my birthday? How many days until my birthday? Colorful and original illustrations show the planning of gifts, treats, and all things birthday.

We all know the excitement that is a birthday celebration and acclaimed author Julie Fogliano and illustrator Christian Robinson perfectly demonstrate this in When’s My Birthday? Add it to your family’s bookshelf and let the celebration planning begin–after all, birthdays only happen once a year!
